How To make Mexican Burger - Recipe

Last week we both wanted Mexican and a very good homemade burger. We had order burger from Milano Pizza in Herning. It was quite delicious.


Such a real greasy burger - one of those kind of people will have to eat with a knife and fork ... Greasy - but actually, too, quite healthy! However, a little less greasy and less Mexican (strong) burger was collected for the herbs. Both guacamole and potatoes were also a hit with them!

ingredients

  • burger buns
  • 250 ml water
  • 5 g yeast (50 g at 1/2 hour retention time instead of 10 hours)
  • 3 dl wheat
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds and milk for brushing

Guacamole

  • 2 avocado
  • 1 half red onion
  • 1-2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon cumin saucepan
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Fill to Mexican burgers

  • 400 g of good beef shaped to 4 steaks, sprinkle with salt and pepper and fried in butter and oil
  • slices of fresh cheddar
  • tomato salsa
  • jalapenos
  • lettuce leaves
  • tomato slices

Accessories

  • potato boats 5-6 potatoes with peel
  • paprika
  • salt
  • olive oil

Course of action

Burger buns 

Water and yeast are stirred together, add flour and salt.

Stir well and cover the bowl with film and leave it on the kitchen table for 10-12 hours. Then shape the balls and allow them to rise for one hour. Brush the balls with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake in the oven at 230 degrees for 15-18 minutes.

Recipe for Guacamole


Onion and garlic chopped perfectly. Then the avocado is chopped and everything is mixed together. I prefer the guacamole like that. But you want the more, so forth with the rod blender or a fork to give an extra appearance.

Accessories - potato

Potatoes are cleaned and cut into both. Bring them in a bag of peppers, salt and oil and shake well. Bake in the oven for 25-35 minutes at 220 degrees.
